Director of Youth Ministry Outreach – responsibilities include connecting with churches to engage with the youth ministries with the goal of defining services in which the youth can participate to help strengthen their faith in Jesus while bearing fruit through helping those in need.
Director of Accounting & Transparency – responsibilities include accounting and tax guidance for non-profits but not necessarily filing tax documents with the IRS each year. Additionally we have promised to be transparent with campaign donations and our expenditures so coming up with policies and procedures on how to do this in a faithful manner is important. Tax/Accounting/Bookkeeping experience is required.
Director of Legal Affairs – responsibilities include advising the board on legal affairs regarding non-profit laws. It doesn’t mean that you have to be a lawyer but in-depth knowledge of non-profit law is required.
Director of Marketing & Influence – We are looking for a story teller for our organization as well as for the people we help. Experience in broadcasting, social media, and print advertising is a benefit but if you have your own experience we would love to talk to you. We know that social media and influencing is going to be a large player so you must have a deep understanding of marketing strategies across social platforms.
Director of Community Outreach – Do you know a lot of people both here an across the country? Are you a “go to” person for people who need help? This role is just what it sounds like and will require someone to come up with ways communities even down to the neighborhood levels can network to help one another raise funds for our beneficiaries. Experience in grass roots marketing is a plus
Director of Fundraising & Events – Do you like to plan events and fundraisers? Do you enjoy managing contacts and commitments? We need to talk to you because this is a core need for our nonprofit! Anything goes from formal black tie events to concerts in the park.
